INJECT2SEAL

A product and service designed and developed by Gas Leakage Solutions personnel over the last 20 years. A low cost pressure injection repair system for problem joints, valves, Ts, standpipes, clips, etc. We can repair all sizes of gas mains and services from low pressure to medium pressure. Small excavations, quick response times, less man hours on site, an all-round cost effective repair. Immediate back fill and reinstatement after each repair operation.

SPRAY2SEAL

A low cost system for mass joint repairs from one excavation, spray up to 120 meters of pipe, for low pressure mains from sizes 4” to 48”.  We drill, locate, spray and secure pipe entry access at each excavation ready for immediate backfill and reinstatement after each spraying operation.

WATER X TRACTION

A system used to help with the extraction of unwanted water in (metallic) gas mains. From one excavation, up to 120 metres of main can be drained.

FILL2SEAL

A leakage repair service designed and developed to secure leakage on small mains, services, risers and lateral meter positions for multi storey and listed buildings.

ENCAPSULATION

A leakage repair system for all sizes and pressures of mains, special bespoke muffs for LP problems and steel shell fabrications for MP leaks.

We are a specialist gas leakage repair company with over 50 years of experience in the gas leakage repair field and now introducing our products company.

Gas Sealing Solutions Ltd can now offer Inject2seal and Spray2seal gas leakage repair sealants to your network. After successful extensive trialling over the past 8/9 years we have been granted full approval for use within 3 of 4 UK gas distribution networks and are currently seeking approval for the remaining one. You will NOT need to purchase overpriced new application equipment to use our new sealants as we have made the containers compatible with your existing sealant application kits including Northern Gas Networks, Cadent Gas and Wales and West Utilities.

These brand new sealants have been designed and developed by gas leakage repair specialists and an ex-British Gas chemist. These sealants, when applied correctly, will cut your annual leakage budget.
